On Wednesday 11/7/2018, the “La Trattoria a Lugano” restaurant in Switzerland presented our wines in a fantastic dinner, for which a special menu of Tuscan dishes was prepared, paired with Trecciano wines.
The Trattoria in Lugano was created to offer the true cuisine of central Italy in Ticino: Tuscan, Roman, Abruzzese and Umbrian cuisine. The keywords are quality, territoriality, simplicity and elegance. Terms that also fit well with the wines of Trecciano: our Vermentino has superbly accompanied a Livorno-style cod; Chianti Terra Rossa paired perfectly with a risotto with Tuscan salami; Daniello has flawlessly supported the vigor of a wild boar stew; and finally a Tuscany sweetness … a spicy semifreddo alla senese (you can see here the recipe, kindly granted by the Trattoria a Lugano) was tasted together with our Vin Santo!
