Grappa di Chianti

 

Grape Variety: Sangiovese.
Method of distillation Steam distilled in copperty still according to the double distillation system, to obtain a pure "eau de vie".
Colour: Crystal clear Bouquet: Fresh and vinous, with notes of red berries and particularly of cherry.
Taste: Warm, round and lingering.
Bouquet: Long tasting, coneying to the back of the nose the initial bouquet of red berries jam.
Serving temperature: 9-11 C°.
Availability: In 0,5 litre bottles.
