Rosso di Toscana I.G.T. 

Grape Variety: Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyards characteristics: Vineyard situated in the Chianti area on medium-height hillsides with excellent exposure. Vines planted in a moderately compact soil.
Vinification: Maceration is carried out according to the traditional method in stainless steel with floating caps for about 15 days at a controlled temperature (30°). The must is left on the skins for further period of 10 days to obtain the best extraction of phenol content.
Refinement/Ageing: An average period of 24 months in French oak barriques before bottling, followed by a further refinement in the bottle for no less than 6 months.
Conservation: The wine is suitable for long-term ageing.
Colour: Lovely pomegranate red colour and shades of purple.
Fragrance: A persistent bouquet of violets, vanilla and hawthorn.
Taste: A smooth elegant flavour.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
Serving suggestion: Excellent with strong red meats and medium to well matured cheese.
Availability: In 0,75 litre bottles and Magnum 1,5 litre.
